Can you customize?

We offer personalized customization of design, material, color, size, and paper bag style.

What materials can you customize?

We can customize different materials such as cardboard, coated paper, and kraft paper.

What are the differences between the different materials?

Cardboard is lighter and has lower material and shipping costs, but it is more fragile and ideal for packaging small, light items. Corrugated cardboard is stronger and ideal for packaging clothes, shoes, and other heavier items. It comes in two thicknesses. There isn't a significant difference in stiffness. The difference lies in their shipping costs.

Can you help with design?

Yes, we can provide simple designs free of charge.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we offer free samples without any customization, but you should pay for shipping. For customized products, you will need to pay a sample fee, which will be deducted from subsequent orders.

Can you still customize if my quantity less than the MOQ?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. However, we can also customize to your needs. Simply send us your inquiry and quantity, and we will do our best to provide you with the best business plan.

Shipping

How is my order packaged?

If your order quantity is small, we can ship it to you via express courier such as FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT, etc. If your order quantity is large, we will ship it to you by sea or air. We can quote FOB, CIF, CNF, etc., and you can choose to use our freight forwarder or your own.

Can I track my order?

We will provide you with the shipping label for your inspection after the package is shipped.

When can I get my bag?

DDP ship by sea : The tracking information will only be available after customs clearance in your country is complete and the courier company scans the package. Once shipped, delivery to your door in the Americas typically takes 25-30 days, and to your door in Europe typically takes 45-60 days.

DDP ship by air: After customs clearance in your country is complete, the courier company will scan the package and display the tracking information. Once shipped, it typically takes 7-15 days to arrive at your door.

Delivery: You will receive tracking information within 3 days of shipment. Delivery will be made to your doorstep after you pay the taxes and fees.
