We offer a 3-day refund policy after payment, meaning you have 3 days to request a refund after payment but before confirming the design.

Before confirming the design, please carefully check the layout for accuracy (text, logo, QR code, phone number, address, etc.), whether you are satisfied with the layout, and whether the product's color, size, and quantity are correct. After confirming the design, returns and exchanges are not supported for non-quality issues.

Returned items must be in their original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it properly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Color variations may occur between different batches and sizes of printed materials, making it impossible to achieve 100% accuracy. We will try our best to match the color of your previous batch. As these are customized products, returns and exchanges due to color differences are not supported. Please understand.

We regret that we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you receive the goods you need as quickly as possible is to return the goods you have received and purchase the new items separately after the return is accepted.

Refund

We will notify you once we receive and verify your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
